get_outreach_send_status(brand_id)
Reads a send the person already started in the Hivewave app. Returns null when nothing is running. This tool does not start a send.
Parameters

Returns
- job_idstring
- The running send job. Absent when the result is null.
- statestring
- Job state.
- countersobject
- total, updated, skipped, and error.
- started_atstring
- When the send job started.
- app_linkstring
- Link to the inbox in Hivewave.
