plan_direction(brand_id?, message?, job_id?)
Finds stores for a product on the brand you confirmed. The first call returns a job id. A later call returns the direction: which kind of store, and why this product fits. It does not approve the direction and does not start the search.
Parameters

- Brand the user confirmed. Required to start planning. Omit when reading a job.
- messagestringOptional
- What to look for, in the user's words.
- job_idstringOptional
- Job id from the first call. Pass it to read the direction.
Returns
- job_idstring
- Present when a job is started or still running.
- statestring
- Job state for that call.
- directionsarray
- Present when the job has finished. Each direction includes id, strategy_id, title, detail, and review_status.
